Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Equiply platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Users may register as Equipment Seekers or Equipment Suppliers. Each role has different permissions and responsibilities on the platform.

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their equipment listings, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability. Equiply reserves the right to review, modify, or remove listings that violate these Terms.

Equiply facilitates connections between seekers and suppliers. We are not a party to any agreement between seekers and suppliers regarding equipment rental, lease, or financing. All contractual obligations are between the respective parties.

Equiply may charge platform fees for completed transactions. Current fee structures are communicated to suppliers upon registration. We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maritime Ventures S.r.l. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to equipment defects, delivery delays, or financial losses.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Italian Republic and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Genova, Italy.
